Who we are
brandmarkdown (brandmarkdown.com) is operated by r352, run by Przemysław Reszka, Santa Catalina, Mallorca (Balearic Islands), Spain. You can reach us at hello@r352.com.
By using the site and its tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
A free beta, as is
brandmarkdown is a free beta. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it is accurate, complete, always on or fit for a particular purpose. Colors, fonts, wording and other results are read from the material you give it and may be wrong, so please check them before you rely on them.
What you bring
You are responsible for having the right to use the website addresses, files, logos, images and text you enter or upload. Do not add material that is unlawful or that you may not use. You are also responsible for any AI provider key you add and for what that provider charges you.
What you get
The files the tool generates for you (DESIGN.md, the pack and its contents) belong to you, as far as we have any rights in them. They are built from your material, and from third-party sites and trademarks you import, so check that you may use them. brandmarkdown itself (the site, the software, the name and the logo) stays ours.
Fair use
Use the website scanner for your own brand or for sites you are allowed to look at. Do not use it to scan other people's sites in bulk, to overload our servers or other sites, to reach private or internal addresses, or to get around any limit. Do not try to disrupt or break into the service. We may block use that looks like abuse.
Changes and end of the beta
We may change, limit or stop the beta or any tool, and we may add paid plans later. Paid plans, if any, will have their own terms shown before you buy. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of the free beta, and our total liability is limited to what the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
